These terms govern your use of the Heights Lights website and our holiday lighting services. Heights Lights is a DBA of Casey Co LLC, based in Wheaton, Illinois.

Our services

Heights Lights provides seasonal holiday lighting services: design, custom-fitted commercial-grade lighting, professional installation, in-season maintenance, takedown, and off-site storage. The free design mockup offered through our website carries no obligation. Specific project scope, pricing, and scheduling are agreed in a written estimate or invoice before work begins.

Estimates and payment

Projects are confirmed with a deposit, with the balance due at completion of installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices quoted in an estimate are valid for the season in which they are issued.

Text messaging (SMS program)

If you opt in through our website form, you agree to receive customer care and appointment text messages about your request — follow-ups, booking links, confirmations, and reminders — as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carrier liability: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

Age restriction: our SMS program and services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18.

Property access and care

By scheduling service you authorize our crew to access the exterior of your property on the scheduled dates for installation, maintenance, and takedown. We treat every property with care and repair or make right any damage our work causes — tell us within a reasonable time and we will address it promptly.

Weather and scheduling

Installation dates may shift due to weather or unsafe conditions. We will communicate any changes proactively and reschedule promptly.

Limitation

Our services and website are provided as described; to the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
